Burton-Rose Developments Ltd is a boutique property investment & development company which was Established in 2019. 

 

We work on a vast range of property types from commercial to residential conversions, new-build schemes, conversion and extensions. We love to take dialpdated, underdeveloped and tired properties and transform them into high quality homes with attractive returns for our investors and JV partners. 

 

Our projects are designed, built and delivered by our sister construction company, Thornwood (www.thornwood.co.uk) which is advantageous for our ventures as it removes a layer of cost and management, whilst retaining control of the project delivery.

 

Utilising our deep understanding of construction and project management, coupled with the support of our extensive network of consultants, suppliers and trades, allows us to deliver high-quality homes in a professional, timely and cost-efficient manner.
